Plans, pricing, and festival passes

Confirmed offers monthly plans for year-round producers and festival passes for one-off events. This guide explains what each option includes, how pricing works, and what happens when you change your subscription.

Monthly plans

All monthly plans are rolling contracts you can cancel at any time. You can also choose an annual plan and save the equivalent of two months' subscription.

What's different at each tier

Solo and Basic plans cover core show management: lineups, call sheets, and basic reporting. Pro and above unlock additional features:

  • Settlements — financial reports and automatic act payment data

  • Website API integration — push show listings to your own site

  • Add on Showtime — our show-running software for cue timers and live production for an additional monthly fee

  • Ticketing integrations — see ticket sales from Red61 and Eventbrite directly in Confirmed

You can see your current plan, included features, and usage limits at any time in Settings → Billing.

Festival passes

A festival pass covers an entire festival —for a one-time fee. Festival passes are designed for producers who don't run shows year-round but need full capacity for a concentrated event.

To purchase a festival pass, you'll need proof of your festival registration. Festival passes are managed through the Festivals section in the production area, not through the subscription page.

Discounts for monthly subscribers

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you get a tier-based discount on festival passes. The discount is applied automatically when you create a new festival. You'll see the discounted price in the festival creation dialog before you complete payment.

Monthly plans also benefit from volume discounts when purchasing multiple festival performances. The more performances you bill, the lower the per-performance rate.

Payment and cancellation

When you create a festival, the allocation may show Payment Pending until you complete checkout. If a festival pass has already been used to create shows, you won't be able to delete it yourself — contact [email protected] if you need help.

Changing your subscription

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the Subscription section in the sidebar.

  • Upgrade — Takes effect immediately. You'll get instant access to new features and any additional show capacity.

  • Downgrade — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to your current plan features until then. Downgrading may affect access to certain features like settlements or ticketing integrations.

  • Cancel — Takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account will revert to a free tier with limited functionality.

For more details on managing your subscription, see Managing your subscription. To view past invoices and download receipts, see Viewing invoices and receipts.

Which should you choose?

Choose a monthly plan if you produce shows regularly throughout the year. Choose a festival pass if you produce one or two festivals and don't need year-round access. Choose a monthly plan and add on a festival pass for a discount if you do both.
