Managing your subscription

You have full control over your subscription. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to new features. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

To make changes, visit the Subscription section in the sidebar. You'll see your current plan, upcoming renewal date, and options to upgrade or modify your subscription.

Festival passes

If you produce festivals rather than year-round shows, you can purchase a festival pass separately from your monthly plan. Monthly subscribers get tier-based discounts on festival passes. See Plans, pricing, and festival passes for details.
