House open time: When the audience can enter

Spots configuration
Your show will inherit spots from the show type template, including:
Number of spots
Spot roles (Host, Act, Production)
Performance lengths

Call times
You can customize spots for individual shows after creation. Learn more about filling spots and extending offers.

Ticket data entry is manual. If you use a ticketing platform, you'll need to transfer the numbers manually or explore integration options.
Deleting shows

Navigate to the show you want to delete
Click the delete button
Enter the confirmation code when prompted
The show and all its spots are permanently removed
Deleting a show cannot be undone. If acts have already been booked, notify them before deletion.
Archiving vs. deleting
For shows that have already happened:
Keep them: Useful for historical records and settlements
Archive surveys: You can archive related surveys to declutter your active list without losing show data
Delete only if necessary: Only delete shows that were created by mistake or cancelled before any bookings
