Add spots to Google Calendar

Confirmed allows you to sync your show schedule directly to your personal calendar. Once connected, any changes made by a production will automatically update in your calendar.


Accessing the calendar options

Once you have a confirmed spot booking in Confirmed:

  1. Visit https://confirmed.show/me/shows

  2. Click the calendar icon in the top-right corner

  3. Choose calendar option that's suitable for your calendar.


Calendar options explained

Subscribe to Calendar (Webcal)

Recommended for: Apple Calendar, Outlook, iOS, macOS, and most desktop calendar apps

  • Opens a webcal:// subscription link

  • Subscribes your calendar to your Confirmed show schedule

  • Events update automatically

Notes

  • Events are read-only

  • Changes made by production will update automatically


Add to Google Calendar

Recommended for: Google Calendar users

  • Opens Google Calendar directly

  • Adds your schedule as a subscribed calendar

  • Syncs across all devices linked to your Google account

Notes

  • Events are read-only

  • Updates apply automatically


Recommended for: Manual setup or shared calendars

  • Copies the calendar URL

  • Can be pasted into:

    • Google Calendar (Add by URL)

    • Apple Calendar

    • Outlook

    • Mobile or third-party calendar apps

    • Shared or assistant-managed calendars


Sharing with agents or management

If you need to share your availability or bookings with an agent or manager, you may share your calendar link directly. However, it is preferable to grant them access to your Confirmed account by asking them for their agent link.


How updates work

When a production updates a booking in Confirmed (time, venue, slot, or cancellation), your calendar updates automatically. No re-importing is required, but the updates are not instant: due to how synchronisation works, it may take up to several hours for the updates to show up.
