Making sure Confirmed emails reach your inbox

This guide shows you how to ensure Confirmed offer emails always reach your inbox and how to organize them automatically.

Our top recommendation: Set up a dedicated folder and create a filter to automatically organize all Confirmed emails in one place, whitelisting [email protected], which is the email address we send offers from.

Understanding email deliverability

Email providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo analyze how you interact with messages to determine where future emails should go:

  • If you open, click, or reply — Future emails go to your inbox

  • If you delete without opening or ignore consistently — Future emails may go to spam or promotions

  • If you mark as spam — All future emails from that sender go to spam

Email clients are trying to show you only what you engage with, but they can make mistakes—especially with infrequent senders like booking offers.

Step 1: Check your spam folder

Before setting up filters, check if Confirmed emails are already being delivered to spam:

  1. Open your Spam or Junk folder

  2. Search for emails from confirmed.show

  3. If you find any, mark them as Not Spam or Not Junk and move them to your inbox

This step trains your email client that Confirmed emails are legitimate and should be delivered to your inbox going forward.

Creating a separate folder for Confirmed emails and setting up an automatic filter ensures you never miss an offer and can find all booking-related messages in one place.

Gmail

Create the filter:

  1. Open Gmail and click the search bar at the top

  2. Click the Show search options icon (filter icon on the right side of the search bar)

  3. In the From field, enter: confirmed.show

  4. Click Create filter at the bottom

  5. Check Apply the label and select New label...

  6. Name it something like "Confirmed Offers" and click Create

  7. Optional: Also check Never send it to Spam and Mark as important

  8. Check Also apply filter to matching conversations to organize existing emails

  9. Click Create filter

All future emails from Confirmed will automatically appear under your "Confirmed Offers" label in the left sidebar.

Alternative method: Open any Confirmed email, click the three dots menu, select "Filter messages like this," then follow steps 5-9 above.

Other email clients

Most email providers support filters or rules with similar options:

  1. Look for Settings, Filters, Rules, or Automation in your email client

  2. Create a new rule with the condition: From contains confirmed.show

  3. Set the action to Move to folder and create or select a folder for Confirmed emails

  4. Save and activate the rule

For corporate or custom email systems, contact your IT department for assistance with setting up filters.

Once your filter is set up, all Confirmed offer emails will automatically go to your designated folder. You'll always know exactly where to look when expecting an offer.

Still having issues?

Whitelist the domain (for strict spam filters)

If your email provider or IT department uses aggressive spam filtering:

Gmail: Filters created in Step 2 with "Never send to spam" checked should handle this.

Outlook:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) → MailJunk email

  2. Click Safe senders and domains

  3. Add confirmed.show

  4. Save

Corporate email: Contact your IT department and ask that they whitelist @confirmed.show to bypass spam filters entirely.

Contact the production

If you're still not receiving offers after following these steps:

  • Reach out to the production directly

  • Confirm which email address they have on file, and ask them to check their delivery logs

  • Ask them to resend the offer

  • Check your Confirmed folder and spam immediately after they send it
