Confirmed is a web-based booking system designed for scheduling and managing live comedy shows. Created by RGB Monster, a team of creatives focused on simplifying event management, Confirmed helps producers run open mics, club nights, tours, and cabarets by automating the administrative work involved in booking performers, managing lineups, and coordinating show logistics.

The platform streamlines the entire booking workflow—from sending offers to performers, tracking confirmations, building visual lineups, generating call sheets, and processing settlements.

How it works

Confirmed uses a status-based booking system that moves performers through different stages:

• Planning – Acts you're considering for a show

• Offered – Invitations sent to performers

• Confirmed – Accepted bookings

• Rejected – Declined offers

• Settled – The act has been paid for their performance

As a producer, you can send offers via email, shareable links, or update statuses manually. Performers receive notifications and can respond through the platform.

For producers

Confirmed gives you tools to manage the entire booking process:

• Availability surveys – Share surveys to trusted lists or social media groups to gauge performer interest

• Smart filtering – Filter by paid/unpaid gigs, location, spot length, and availability

• Visual lineups – Drag-and-drop interface to arrange your show order

• Batch offers – Send offers to multiple performers at once

• Automated communications – generate reminders, call sheets, and rider information all from within Confirmed
