Receiving offers by email
Occasionally email clients will block emails from Confirmed, or send them somewhere other than your inbox. This can be prevented by telling your email provider that you would like to receive emails from us.
Although we will only ever email you with important information such as spot offers, call sheets, or financial settlements on behalf of productions, we use a mail server that is shared across multiple businesses, and occasionally spam filters get confused and block our emails.
Please ensure that the URL confirmed.show is whitelisted, and ensure that the email address no-reply@confirmed.show is a trusted contact.
👆This is a bit of a pain to do, but you only have to do it once!
